Pre-Medicine
If you would like to go to Medical School after college, it is important to choose an undergraduate school with a strong Pre-Medical program. Schools with a solid Pre-Med program will adequately prepare you for the MCATs and ensure that you are taking the right classes. You will also be able to talk with your mentor, who will help you through college and planning, as well as with your medical school applications. Remember, if you are absolutely certain that you will be going to medical school after college, then you want to go to a pre-med progam that will maximize your chances of getting into medical school.However, many schools do not have pre-med programs, but do provide you with classes you should take to fulfill prerequisites for medical school. These schools are in no way "bad"; check their stats to see the percentages of those who apply and are accepted to medical school, and their MCAT score.
